The architecture of the resort builds from the best applications of Caribbean design while integrating important concepts in sustainable practices. Resort buildings are tucked into the palm grove canopy in a way that ensures walkability of the core area, minimizes visual impact and allows the natural vegetation of the site to flourish. The use of indigenous construction materials is a priority in design and construction. Further refinement of the La Sirena master plan will balance the development of architectural elements with the preservation of natural site features.
